Shelter Alliance Our cell phone fundraiser program is sponsored by Shelter Alliance, a program of cell phone recycling company GRC Wireless Recycling (http://www.grcrecycling.com). Through Shelter Alliance non-profit organizations raise funds through the collection and recycling of used cell phones and businesses and consumers donate and recycle cell phones to benefit non- profit participants.
